Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the safelide.com website (the "Service") operated by SafeLide ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Services

SafeLide provides mobile auto glass repair and replacement services. We strive to provide accurate information regarding our services and pricing, but we do not warrant that service descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

When you schedule a service with us, you are booking a specific time slot for our technicians to visit your location. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, parts availability, or safety concerns. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

4. Insurance Claims

If you elect to use insurance coverage for our services, you authorize us to communicate with your insurance provider on your behalf. You remain responsible for any deductible amounts or costs not covered by your insurance policy.

5. Warranties

We stand behind our work. Safelide provides a warranty on workmanship and water leaks for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from rust, structural damage, or subsequent impact/vandalism.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SafeLide, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
